You Break Through

I had a wonderful experience! The cleanliness of the office, the staff being very welcoming Jamie/Alexis, plenty of parking all great. Let's get into the service. Amazing, great explanation taking the time to really educate on what's going on in the mouth; in which I've learned shocking information that was never told to me by previous dental office and if I was told about it could have been caught and address earlier preventing even more damage 💔. However, Mesquite Dental Group @Dr Angela Shen got me all the way together. I take pride in taking care of my teeth and was devastated when learning the cost to start the journey of maintaining health of my teeth due to having gingivitis in between 1 & 2 stage. Jamie worked with me and told me she will give me a call back to find a solution. I received that call back and was told that they will do the service not only for me but my 2 girls at no charge! Get this, they have a SERVE day once a year typically in August for patients who can't afford the service but if goes untreated can cause health issues. And they really feel the need to help the community and give back because dental work can get expensive. When I tell y'all a blessing in disguise! I couldn't be more appreciative and thankful for the kindness that was given. So if you looking for a dentist that is upfront and not sugarcoating what's happening in your mouth and Educate you on the importance this is the place hands down! (Ps. They work with ALL insurance ) Go set that appt right now!!!

I had a nice experience they have a very nice and warm environment super kind people who explains things when you have a question and takes their time doesn’t rush the process this is a really good place to come to I enjoyed coming here and will definitely be coming back.
